Home Safety Assessments

Helping You Stay Safe & Independent at Home

Our Home Safety Assessments are conducted by licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Environmental Access Consultants (CEACs) with advanced training in accessibility, functional mobility, and aging in place.

Through a personalized home safety evaluation, we assess fall hazards, emergency preparedness, accessibility barriers, and equipment needs based on your current and anticipated level of function. Using an activities of daily living (ADL) perspective, we provide clear, medically appropriate recommendations to support independence, participation, and long-term safety at home. We typically schedule assessments within one week and provide timely written recommendations. We also offer bed rail assessments and documentation to meet current DSHS requirements (1-week turnaround).

Our goal is to help you or your loved one remain safe, confident, and supported while aging in place.
