Meet the Founder

Henry is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience at a top-ranked rehabilitation hospital. During this time, he developed a unique therapeutic use of self that combines deep empathy and compassion with a clear, direct approach rooted in structure, accountability, and discipline.

He has extensive experience working with a wide range of diagnoses. However, his primary interests and areas of specialization include neurodegenerative disorders (such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Huntington’s disease), neurological conditions (including spinal cord injuries and stroke), aging in place, and environmental access.

Outside of therapy, Henry embodies his philosophy through functional and preventative exercise. He also treasures time with his two daughters, finding joy and purpose in the everyday moments that make life meaningful.

About Flex Therapies & Our Approach

In 2021, Henry founded Flex Therapies to address a critical gap in high-quality rehabilitation care after hospital discharge. His vision was to bring expert, personalized therapy directly into the home and community, where real life unfolds, ensuring that clients could restore movement, maintain independence, and thrive on their own terms.​
